With the rapid development of modern logistics industry, the demand for electric forklifts as the main force for material handling is increasing day by day. The existing power batteries for electric forklifts are mainly lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries, which have many shortcomings and shortcomings in terms of environmental protection, power performance, lifespan, and work efficiency. Today, we will mainly introduce some knowledge that needs to be learned in advance when purchasing BATTSYS lithium-ion battery electric forklifts:

1. Lithium ion batteries typically have a capacity of approximately 2/3 of lead-acid. For example, the 210AH lead-acid lithium-ion battery configuration of an electric stacker truck is 150AH, but at this time, the battery usage time is similar to that of lead-acid. If a long usage time is required, the capacity needs to be increased;

2. Lithium batteries are used at temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 55 ℃, but their capacity (performance) deteriorates at low temperatures. 100% above 0 ℃, about 90% at 0 ℃, about 80% at -10 ℃, and about 70% at -20 ℃. Pay attention to increasing capacity when purchasing;

3. Lithium ion batteries with a capacity of less than 100A are not equipped with a BMS (Battery Management System), and only a four segment voltmeter displays the battery level. A lithium battery with a capacity of over 100AH is equipped with a BMS and a digital display instrument.
